Giving
Part of our worship as regulars at TVCC is giving a proportion of our income (tithe), most understand this to be a tenth. Do talk to the leadership about this if unsure. If you are a taxpayer, please also complete a gift aid form (see below) so we can recover the tax. This all makes such a difference and is the only way we can keep running. We’re grateful to God for all he provides and also practice this principle as we give over a tenth of our income to those working missionally and compassionately with others.
Setting up a Standing Order for your regular giving makes a significant impact to our financial wellbeing as a church, helping us to plan for the future. You do not need to complete a Standing Order form if you use internet banking - but quote your name as the reference.

If you are a UK taxpayer, completing a Gift Aid declaration allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give — at no extra cost to you. It’s a simple way to make your giving go further and support the life and ministry of the church.
Once completed, please return the form to the church treasurer or to one of the leadership team.

This option may be helpful for those who are not regular members of TVCC, or for anyone who would prefer to give through an established charitable giving platform. Please note that gifts made through Stewardship are subject to Stewardship’s processing and administration fees, so regular members are encouraged to use direct bank giving where possible.
