Giving

Part of our worship as regulars at TVCC is giving a proportion of our income (tithe), most understand this to be a tenth.  Do talk to the leadership about this if unsure.  If you are a taxpayer, please also complete a gift aid form (see below) so we can recover the tax.  This all makes such a difference and is the only way we can keep running.  We’re grateful to God for all he provides and also practice this principle as we give over a tenth of our income to those working missionally and compassionately with others.

Setting up a Standing Order for your regular giving makes a significant impact to our financial wellbeing as a church, helping us to plan for the future. You do not need to complete a Standing Order form if you use internet banking - but quote your name as the reference.

If you are a UK taxpayer, completing a Gift Aid declaration allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give — at no extra cost to you. It’s a simple way to make your giving go further and support the life and ministry of the church.
